IAC 2019 is an open platform for association leaders from India and overseas to congregate and discuss opportunities and challenges from National as well as International perspective.

How can I register to attend?


The IAC 2019 Registration form is available on http://indiaassociationcongress.com/registration/ or simply click here.

You can Register for IAC by following the easy steps below:

  • You can register yourself by logging in as a new user by creating a password or by entering your registered ID.
  • You will be asked to fill in your personal details. Click save and proceed and you will be landing on the registration category selection.
  • Kindly select your desired category and answer the basic question provided on the page and click on save and proceed.
  • Please note that the registration will be made only after the realization of the payment fee. Kindly click on your desired mode of payment and you will receive a registration confirmation on your provided mail ID. The email will also contain further details on the conference and other related details.

You can visit your IAC profile anytime you want to by entering your registered IAC user name and make necessary changes if required.

How can I pay my Registration Fee?


  1. Online Payment – Via Credit/Debit card
  2. Offline Payment – Cheque or DD in favor of “India Association Congress” and sent to the secretariat address
  3. Registration will be confirmed on realization of payment.

What is included in the Registration Fee?


The registration fee includes attendance at all conference sessions, the welcome cocktail reception, lunch and refreshment breaks on both days. You will also receive a set of the conference proceedings including an electronic copy of the conference papers.

Can I Register Onsite?


Onsite registration is available beginning at 8:30 a.m. on 23rd Aug. 2019 at the venue registration booth.

When do I get my Registration Materials?


Registration materials will be distributed on site upon checking in at the registration counters. Please bring your registration confirmation to receive your registration materials. Both print and electronic confirmations will be accepted on site, you can also enter your name into the terminal to pull up your registration.
Please note, registration materials will not be mailed to attendees in advance.

I registered online, but I did not receive an email confirmation. How can I get a copy of my registration confirmation?

Can my Colleague replace me if I cannot attend the Conference?


Yes, delegates may be substituted at any time, at no extra charge. Please inform the conference organizer via email or phone with the colleague’s name and job title.

Do I get a refund if I cancel my participation at the conference?


  1. All cancellation should be made in writing via email: [email protected]
  2. 10% of registration fee will be deducted as administration charges for cancellation before 1 August 2019
  3. No refund request will be accepted from 2 August 2019
  4. All refunds will be made after the congress

What is the Dress Code?


Formal attire.
