The Event for Associations’ Growth: IAC 2019

India Association Congress (IAC)
organized by Indian Society of Association Executives (ISAE) came with
its 7th edition under the theme of “Interconnected World of
Associations”. This edition of IAC addressed the issues faced by trade
protectionism policies that are adopted by few countries but also shared
the best practices of how associations can use their strengths to form
alliances worldwide and utilize its global connections to overcome any
obstacles. Associations bring people together for common good. In line
with this spirit, IAC helps to build a strong community of associations
with their Director Generals, Secretary Generals, Senior Executives and
more members, the IAC in its 7th edition worked a lot more in
letting the members of IAC know, learn and explore best practices of
sharing knowledge and ideas for the betterment of their respective
associations which enhances the value of their members.

The objective of India Association Congress was-

professional and trade associations and build a strong community of
    associations.

The above objectives were fully covered
in the conference and gave the new path of thinking and collaborating of
associations with other associations.

welcome speech by the chairman of IAC, Prasant Saha. He welcomed all
the associations together and explained why IAC 2019 is important for
their association concerning future development and how IAC works in

The special talk on “Taking the Lead” by
Dr. Vishal Rao, who is the Head & Neck Oncologist and a session on
the topic “Building your Brand” by Ashutosh Garg, the Business and
Executive Coach and a Storyteller took the limelight at the conference.

The Association Excellence Awards proved
to be strategic for all, with the excitement building over the evening
to fever pitch just before the winners of the Awards were announced. On
behalf of the jury, the quality of entries made it a difficult process
to choose a winner from very worthy finalists. All the entrants should
be very proud of their staff and the obvious effort that has been put
